C-Level Continuous Level System

The Ramsey C-Level Continuous Level Indicator's simple operation and ease of calibration have made it a favorite with users in a variety of industries ranging from food processing to asphalt plants. Its microprocessor-based control uses input from up to 8 sensors to calculate and display the material level on an easy-to-read LED bar graph. MORE
Tripper Position Switch
Tripper Position Switch: Used as a heavy duty limit switch. Used to indicate the position of a "tripper" car on a conveyor with multiple discharge points. When the tripper car hits the roller it actuates the shaft in position for alarm (tripping the car). Available in NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, and Nickel Plated enclosures. CSA approved for Class II, Division 1 & 2, Groups E, F & G. MORE

DTR 131

The Ramsey DTR 131 Flow/No-Flow Detector is a low-cost, non-invasive, microwave-based instrument that detects and monitors low/no-flow conditions of bulk solids in pipelines, ducts and air-slides, and at transfer points of chutes, conveyor belts and bucket elevators. This real-time flow information allows you to monitor processes closely and leads to increased reliability, higher quality end product, reduced downtime and fewer hazards to jeopardize operators and equipment. Pull Switch

Safety Pull Cord Switch: Used as an emergency stop switch for conveyors and other equipment. The safety pull cord switch has one housing design that allows you interchange the switch from anywhere on the conveyor. The switch is a bi-lateral switch, meaning you can pull it from any direction. Allowing you to mount anywhere on the conveyor :( Head, Middle, Tail). Available in NEMA 4, NEMA 4X and Nickel Plated enclosures. CSA approved for Class II, Division 1 & 2, Groups E, F, & G.

Speed Switch

Under Speed Switch
60-23P and 6023XP

The Ramsey Pro-Line Model 60-23P and 60-23PX Under Speed Switches provide a low-cost, dependable, versatile and simple means of monitoring the rotational velocity of a shaft or other rotating equipment. The Ramsey Model 60-23P Under Speed Switch features one-piece unitized construction. The electronics and output contacts are housed in the same unit with the detector. Only two (2) bolts are required to mount the unit. The non-contacting proximity-type detector has no moving parts. Once the simple installation is completed, the device is virtually maintenance-free. Micro Tech 2001-2101
The Ramsey Micro-Tech 2000 Series of Electronic Integrators signifies a new approach to scale instrumentation, giving the user more flexibility and vastly increased upgrade capabilities.
These instruments are suitable for applications utilizing: belt conveyor scales, weighbelt feeders, loss-in-weight feeders, impact flow meters and other dynamic weighing systems. Because all of the Ramsey Micro-Tech models use a common platform, the user only needs to become familiar with one basic interface. These integrators also have extraordinary communication capabilities that allow them to connect to intelligent peripheral equipment, such as computers, programmable logic controllers, printers and network systems.

Run Off Switch

Belt Misalignment Switch: Used to monitor the position and the tracking of conveyor belts. Mounted on the conveyor structure. When the conveyor belt begins to drift out of alignment it contacts the roller arm and signals the alarm. The switch has (2) SPDT contacts for alarm. The first at 10 Deg. for alarm and the second at 20 Deg. for shut down. Available in NEMA 4, NEMA 4X, and Nickel Plated enclosures. CSA approved for Class II, Division 1 & 2, Groups E, F & G. MORE

Tilt Switches

Traditional (Mercury ) Tilt Switches & Controls: The tilt switch is actuated to 15 deg. from its vertical position due to material rise or plugged chute conditions, tripping the switch. Used for stacker reclaimers, radial stackers, high level for bins, vessels, high pile detector, and plugged chute applications. Available in standard rating and Class I & II, Fm Approved (X-Proof). Tilt switch controls available for standard and Class I & II, Fm Approved (X-Proof). Controls have (2) normally-open and normally-closed output contacts available for external alarms. MORE

Non- Mercury Tilt Switches

Non-Mercury/Mercury-Free Tilt Switches and Controls: The tilt switch is actuated to 15 Deg. from its vertical position in full 360 Deg of direction due to rise of material or plugged chute conditions, tripping the switch. Instead of mercury, a combination of opto-electronics and solid state circuitry are used inside the probe. Used in all of the same applications as standard mercury filled probes. Available with control units in Filed mount NEMA 4, filed mount NEMA 4X, and DIN mount NEMA 1. All controls available with time delay to prevent false alarms. MORE
